I mentioned it was my boyfriend’s birthday. The staff had put balloons and a banner in our room and upgraded us. This was so lovely and really made his birthday that bit better. Our room was lovely & heating was perfect! Couldn’t complain. I would say for people looking to stay, it’s worth upgrading your room and paying a bit more. Our friends had a standard double room which I would have been happy with and there was no problems but they mentioned it was small so I suppose it’s up to preference. Either way, the staff were lovely, the rooms were clean and the hotel is in a good location :)

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful during our stay. Rooms were very fresh and modern plus very clean. We only stayed for 2 days however on the second day we received fresh towels. Location was in a great place, with many attractions only a short walk away. We used Uber for a lot of our travelling, which picked us up directly outside the hotel. The stairs are very steep however we are a young couple and found these to be a good laugh on our holiday. Especially after a few drinks etc.. :)

My experience at this hotel was very positive. The location is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. The staff were helpful and friendly, always making sure I had what I needed. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed, perfect for a few nights' stay. It’s not a five-star resort, but it’s definitely a solid choice for anyone looking for a good place to stay.
