I mentioned it was my boyfriend’s birthday. The staff had put balloons and a banner in our room and upgraded us. This was so lovely and really made his birthday that bit better. Our room was lovely & heating was perfect! Couldn’t complain. I would say for people looking to stay, it’s worth upgrading your room and paying a bit more. Our friends had a standard double room which I would have been happy with and there was no problems but they mentioned it was small so I suppose it’s up to preference. Either way, the staff were lovely, the rooms were clean and the hotel is in a good location :)

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful during our stay. Rooms were very fresh and modern plus very clean. We only stayed for 2 days however on the second day we received fresh towels. Location was in a great place, with many attractions only a short walk away. We used Uber for a lot of our travelling, which picked us up directly outside the hotel. The stairs are very steep however we are a young couple and found these to be a good laugh on our holiday. Especially after a few drinks etc.. :)

Great location, easy walking into town, tram stop very close by Perfect place to rest head after busy day exploring Room size was adequate, stayed 2 nights and got new towels and bed made which was a surprise Managed to check in early which was a huge bonus! Stairs were very narrow and steep, fine for us on 3rd floor but take that into consideration!

My experience at this hotel was very positive. The location is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. The staff were helpful and friendly, always making sure I had what I needed. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed, perfect for a few nights' stay. I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The location is quite good, close to the places I wanted to visit. The staff were friendly and polite, always willing to help when needed. My room was clean and simple, with a bed that was very comfortable. It wasn’t overly fancy, but it had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I would consider coming back if I’m in the area again.
